Procedure Support Concierge - PSC is a convenient option for customer transportation to their procedure - appointment. PSC helps to minimize patient cancellations for providers, improving your patient’s satisfaction levels, and improving provider workflow efficiency.
Procedure Support Concierge - PSC, offers a unique, tailored experience for customers to access healthcare procedures when they can’t arrange other transportation, or for those needing someone to wait for them according to facility requirements during sedation procedures.
Procedure Support Concierge - PSC fills this gap by providing an elevated experience with first class transportation in a luxury SUV, no stress travel to your appointment, someone to wait for you during your procedure (If required by the facility provider for customers receiving sedation), someone to help receive discharge instructions from the staff, and the same first class transportation back to your residence!
Procedure Support Concierge - PSC can also provide pharmacy assistance upon request to help customers obtain post-procedure prescriptions.

Luxury transportation to and from your residence, interfacing with staff at time of discharge, and a stress free ride back home. Our transport ambassadors will walk you into your home and provide basic assistance* to help you settle in.
Gold Service

Luxury transportation to and from your residence, transport ambassador wait time during your procedure of up to 3 hours, interfacing with staff at time of discharge, and a stress free ride back home. Our transport ambassadors will walk you into your home and provide basic assistance* to help you settle in.
Standard Amenities
Our transport ambassador will open and close the customer door; always!
A thoroughly disinfected environment including all seats, seatbelts, door handles and surrounding areas.
Personal thermostat - climate control.
Travel blanket and pillow.
Bottled water (If not NPO), otherwise ice chips, and oral swabs are available.
Hot and cold packs as desired and appropriate.
Customer preference of music and sound system via Apple Radio or Sirius XM Satellite.
*PSC’s transport ambassadors do not provide medical care. All customers must be fully ambulatory, or be able walk with minimal standby assistance. If a medical problem arises, we can contact your provider, family member, or call 911 immediately.
**Appointments should be booked no less than 24 hours before the date of service.
***Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice prior to date of service are non-refundable.
PSC does not offer wheelchair transportation services
